- The issue must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) of the transaction
- Valid proof must be provided, including transaction ID, bank statement, screenshots, or related records
- The claim must be verified by our internal team
Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the refund request.

- Include registered mobile number, transaction ID, date and amount of payment, issue description, and supporting proof.
- Our team will review and verify the request within 5-7 business days.
7. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The credited amount will reflect in the original payment method depending on bank processing time and payment gateway timelines.
Intelkit Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
8. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of usage of service
- Misinterpretation of service capabilities
- Account suspension due to policy violation
- Failure of third-party data sources
- Any issue not related to payment processing errors
9. Dispute Resolution
